Changing your routine and challenging your body and mind with new exercises is very important to ensure ongoing progress. We can help you reach your goals and customize a plan for you that will work within your schedule and budget!
We focus on weight-loss, cardio-conditioning, muscle-conditioning, flexibility and injury rehabilitation training or a combination of all of these depending on your goals, needs, strengths and weaknesses. A structured individual program is implemented with the goal of improving strength, coordination, balance, endurance, flexibility and ability to perform functional activities.
The right exercise program is an essential component for complete recovery from injury. As range of motion, joint function, muscle coordination and muscle strength have been regained, exercise is the appropriate next step to prevent re-injury and return to pre-injury status.
Consultation/Assessment
Every new member to our Personal Training or Rehabilitation Program receives a Fitness Consultation and Assessment by our Certified Fitness Professional. We will assess your current state of health and fitness, review your goals/obstacles and work with you to develop a plan for getting you the best RESULTS!
